One topic, multiple minutes.

Open an existing meeting minute, tap the "+" button in the lower left to create an additional meeting minute. The workbook overview now shows the number of minutes that are in this workbook.

Rename a workbook.

Tap on the name of the workbook and set the new title. Then close the keyboard or tap anywhere outside the text field.

Reorder workbooks.

Tap "Edit" in the bottom right. Tap and hold a workbook and move it to the desired destination.

Pinch an item with two fingers to view it's whole content without opening it. Pinch two items to view the content of all items of a minute.

Reorder items.

Tap and hold an item and move it within the minute to the desired destination. Numbering will be updated automatically.

Change the status.

Double tap an item to change it's status to "done". Double tap again to reset it's status.

Share minutes.

Tap "Edit" in the bottom left, select one or more meeting minutes and tap "Share". Finally you can choose to mail, print or upload the selected meeting minutes to your Dropbox.

Customizable work space.

Move the elements of the stack to the left or right. For example, you might edit the text of an item and open and view an attachment at the same time.

Merge workbooks.

Tap and hold an item and move it over another workbook to merge them.

Split Minutes.

Tap "Edit" in the bottom left, select one or more minutes and tap the "Split" button.

Extended sharing.

You can now collaborate with other MinuteTaker users and share minutes in raw MinuteTaker format. In addition you can now save minutes to iTunes and "Open in..." to every app that supports storing documents.

Add attachments.

Add attachments from every other app that supports "Open in..." capability for documents, images and other files.

Create Things To-Do's from every action item and never miss a deadline anymore. Furthermore you can directly jump back to the MinuteTaker action item.
